A: Replacement nose pieces are available please contact us by emailing Please include a photo of your product, include the Model Name, Date of purchase, Place of purchase, Colour of part required and Delivery Address.
Q: I have a problem with my SALICE product what action should I take?
A: Firstly contact the dealer where you purchased the part, email them a photo of the fault along with proof of purchase, if this is not possible, follow the previous steps but send the email to Please note we can only handle warranty issues for products purchased from UK dealers.
Q: Is my SALICE product still in warranty?
A: SALICE products are covered by a 2 year warranty from date of purchase.
Q: How do I change my SALICE lenses?
A: Please locate the model of sunglass on our website and click on the lens changing instructions.
Q: Can I purchase SALICE lenses?
A: Yes this is possible. Please do a product search on our website and contact your nearest dealer or purchase online.
Q: How do I find my nearest UK dealer?
A: Locate the product you are searching for on our website and either enter your postcode to find your local stockist or click on link to the web stockists.
Q: How should I clean my SALICE sunglasses
A: It is only recommended to use a Salice Lens Cleaning Cloth, do not use any other solvents, chemicals or third party cleaning kits because they have not been tested on our lenses and can possibly damage them.
Q: Are SALICE sunglasses suitable for driving?
A: It is not recommended to drive in any of the RW or RWP lenses.
|Salice - WARRANTY|
|If you are in the UK when purchasing your first pair of SALICE sunglasses, we recommend that you find your nearest dealer and go to the shop, try them on and purchase them from the dealer. In this way you will know you are getting the right fitting sunglass and you will also have access to our efficient UK Warranty process. By all means buy them online but we recommend you buy them from an accredited UK dealer. You will find details of UK stockists on our website when doing a product search.
If you do find any product cheaper online, ask your UK dealer to price match, please make sure you are comparing product like for like.
Salice - CRASH REPLACEMENT
|If you have an accident and your helmet or sunglasses are damaged, you are able to return your damaged items to us (SALICE UK) and we will supply a replacement model (subject to availability) for 50% off RRP plus postage and packaging with a tracked next day courier service.
To benefit from the Crash Replacement policy please check the following:
1. Crash replacements are valid on helmets or sunglasses damaged within 2 years of the original purchase date.
2. Your items must have been purchased through an authorised UK or Irish Retailer. Amazon, Ebay or Lordgun purchases are excluded as these are not authorised UK dealers.
3. Proof of Purchase must be provided.

Please note international replacements will carry a higher shipping charge for the replacement, this will be confirmed before taking payment.
